   IOSH Managing Environmental Responsibilities Course



IOSH [The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health] was founded in 1945.  It is the major professional body representing individual safety and health practitioners in the UK.  The fundamental purpose of the Institution is to promote the safety, health and well-being of people at work, and people affected by work activities.


IOSH Managing Environmental Responsibilities

The IOSH Managing Environmental Responsibilities is a four day course designed for those people who need to manage environmental issues in compliance with their organisation's policy, legislation and best practice.

Entry Criteria
There are no formal entry criteria for admission to the IOSH Managing Environmental Responsibilities programme.

Course Content
The list of subjects covered include:

    * An introduction to environmental issues and their management
    * Legal requirements
    * Water
    * Air
    * Land
    * Environmental management systems

Assessment
All candidates must complete a short assessment paper and a practical assignment. These are moderated by IOSH and upon successful completion, an IOSH certificate will be issued.

Course Programme
The course is delivered over 4 consecutive days.

This course is only available in-house. Dates to be arranged with client.

Course fee £2600.00 + Vat
IOSH Course Fee of £50 + Vat
IOSH Delegate Certification Fee of £20.00
